The Parenting Line provides 24-hour parenting information and advice about caring for children up to 18 years of age. It also offers advice on age-appropriate development, age-appropriate behaviour and behavioural management strategies. Where necessary, it can refer parents to appropriate services in their area from an extensive database of agencies. Counselling and parenting workshops on an individual basis to parents are also available.

Aims to provide and promote a range of programs that help families develop their own resources as a family. The service assists parents with young children who need support and advice to manage the challenges of early parenting. Ngala operates an outreach service to Rockingham through the Read Street centre. Ngala also operates a help line 7 days a week for parents and the web site also contains useful information for parents.

CLAN WA is a not for profit organisation providing parenting programs which build a partnership between families, trained volunteers and coordinators to assist parents to enhance their strengths. CLAN WA operates the Parent Link program from the Warnbro Family and Community Centre.
